This year we are blessed with having TWO Featured Quilters!

Kathy Baker, wife of Dr. Richard Baker, is a long-time member and former officer of Quilters in Bloom is the featured quilter at this year’s quilt show. She will be including English Paper piecing, applique and some needlework in her display at Central Columbia High School, on June 19 and 20. She will be on hand to talk about her work and answer questions from 10 am to 7 pm on Friday and 9 am to 4 pm on Saturday.

Sue Hine, former 30-year postal carrier in Bloomsburg, is known as the scrap lady of Quilters in Bloom. She will be featuring some of her scrap quilts at bed turning events throughout the guilds Quilt Show on June 19 and 20th at Central Columbia High School. Sue will be available to talk about her quilts and answer questions from 10 am to 7 pm on Friday, and 9 am to 4 pm on Saturday.
